Academically, Zulfi has done masters in IT. His special interest in Psychology motivated him to also earn masters in Psychology. Zulfi brings right mix of science and art to the field of recruitment with such diverse academic background such as Psychology, IT and quality management.

At CareerFeat, Varsha has set high quality standards to achieve predictability and control in recruitment. She has ventured into Social Recruitment with aim to help companies better utilize Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media tools to build better employer brand thereby build strong talent pipeline that would serve as a predictable recruitment channel.

Prior to joining CareerFeat, she was in charge of pan India hiring based in People Strong.
